A bit about me

Based in Lymington, Hampshire, I have been teaching Pilates since 2018. Having had my own personal journey with Pilates for over 20 years prior to this, I wanted to turn my passion into my career and

Qualified to teach level three Matt Pilates with abilities ranging from beginner to advanced I am confident that whatever your age or ability you can experience the many benefits. I truly believe that movement is medicine and continually challenge myself with my personal development and understanding through regularly attending workshops and courses to enable me to pass this onto my clients.

Following the birth of my three children I embarked on my pre and postnatal training and have had the priviledge of working with many women over the years both helping them through their pregnancy and following the birth aiding their recovery.
 

I offer classes in Lymington, Everton, Sway, Hordle, New Milton also throughout Hampshire and Dorset as required for individual needs.

By emphasising deep, mindful breathing, Pilates enhances lung capacity and circulation, contributing to improved overall well-being.

 

Furthermore, Pilates focuses on body awareness, leading to more efficient and graceful movements in daily life. Its low-impact nature makes it accessible for individuals at different fitness levels, including those recovering from injuries.

 

Engaging in Pilates regularly can lead to a stronger, more flexible body, and a calmer, more focused mind.
